Employment
Understanding alone is not inclusion. For people who want to work, belonging must include fair access to meaningful employment, career pathways and economic participation.
Employment is one way the Foundation turns its commitments into practice and ensures the people affected by the work help shape it.
Who delivers our work
Our trainers, consultants and specialists bring lived experience of cultural diversity, disability, neurodivergence and intersectionality. Our published framework is authored and reviewed by people with that experience. The work is informed by practice, not only theory.
Pathways
We provide meaningful work, internships, mentorships and career pathways to people from underrepresented groups, including First Nations peoples, culturally and linguistically diverse communities and people with disability.
The wider effect
Organisations that work with our teams learn inclusive employment practice from the inside and carry it into their own workforces. Our speaker platforming works the same way: 34 autistic speakers and professionals were platformed in 2026.
