We build the infrastructure of belonging.
A public interest foundation and registered Australian charity
People are shut out of work, services and public life because the systems around them were never designed with them in mind. We build what those systems are missing: knowledge, dialogue, evidence and opportunity.

The Autistic Standard and Aurum AQ. Frameworks and training that change how organisations treat people, free for communities.
What we publishDialogueThe Think Platform. Think Autism and public sessions where communities and institutions work through hard questions on the record.
Think PlatformEvidenceThe Autistic Pride Day Impact Framework: what we measure, how we measure it, and what the numbers do not prove.
Our impactOpportunityPaid work, internships, mentoring and career pathways for people from underrepresented groups.
EmploymentAutistic Pride Day
Our flagship harm prevention initiative: a year round program of education, conferences, toolkits and community leadership that works to prevent harmful and abusive treatment of autistic people. Active across 22 countries and anchored to 18 June each year.
- 22countries
- 150conference participants in 2025
- 34speakers platformed in 2026
- 18campaign partners in 2026
These are reach and output figures. Our impact framework says plainly that reach is not evidence of impact, and sets out what we are measuring next.

Paid work keeps it free.
Businesses and government agencies engage Aurum Foundation on commercial terms. Every engagement funds free courses, the Think Autism conference and toolkits for non profits, community organisations, families and educators. A donation does the same work directly.
